I founded Maren International to connect international seafood suppliers with American wholesale buyers through a cold chain I built from scratch — Port of Philadelphia, Holt Logistics, Atlantic Coast Freezers, and Sorbello Freezers in South Jersey.
We are a woman-owned import trading company specializing in frozen seafood and food products. We operate as consignee and merchant wholesaler, managing every step from customs clearance to buyer delivery so our partners can focus on their business while we handle the complexity.
We built Maren International to do business differently — with the agility to say yes when larger operators cannot, and the infrastructure to back it up. Every partnership we build is designed around what our buyers and suppliers actually need, not a rigid playbook. We are small enough to be responsive and structured enough to be reliable. Port of Philadelphia receipt through Holt Logistics into South Jersey cold storage at Atlantic Coast Freezers (SQF Certified, Organic Certified) and Sorbello Freezers. The cold chain is unbroken from origin country to our warehouse floor.
